Teaching Assistant

Salary: (Grade C, NJC 5-7) FTE £24,790–£25,584 pa (awaiting pay award).

Multiple roles available, full-time (31.25hrs/week, 39 weeks/year), fixed term & permanent.

Start: Immediately

We are seeking skilled and committed Teaching Assistants to join our team. We welcome applicants with general TA experience and/or SEND (including 1:1).

Candidates should:

• Have strong literacy/numeracy skills to support pupils across primary age
• Have experience running small-group interventions
• Set high expectations for behaviour and attainment
• Be team players with strong communication skills
• Be open to feedback and CPD
• Understand or be willing to learn phonics and early reading
• Support our Trauma Informed approach
