Job Description

The First Federation Trust is seeking to recruit a Teaching Assistant for Mary Dean’s CE Primary School. This role is for 30 hours per week, term time only until 31 August 2026.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, flexible and highly motivated individual to work alongside the class teacher across all areas of the curriculum.

To deliver targeted interventions
To promote inclusion through the development of social skills, language and emotional well-being
To work under the direction of the class teacher and liaise with other professionals both within and outside the school
To have an understanding of a Trauma Informed Approach
To work as part of a team to ensure the best outcomes for all of our children, especially the most vulnerable
