Specialist SEMH Teaching Assistant

Salary:  Band C £24,796.00 - £25,989.00 FTE (25 hours a week, 38.5 weeks a year) 

Contracts:   Fixed-term contract:  asap -August 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive and experienced TA to support SEMH interventions. 

The successful candidate will:

• Be able to build strong and trusting relationships.
• Have experience using a trauma informed approach and be committed to using this.
• Be able to nurture and guide our children to reach their full potential.
• Have experience observing, tracking and reviewing next steps.
• Have a reflective and evaluative approach to their practice
