SEND Teaching Assistant
Job Description
Salary: Actual Salary: £20,642 - £22,578 (Grade D)
Hours: 32.5 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Friday, (Permanent)

We are looking for an experienced Teaching Assistant, with SEND experience, to join our team.This role will involve both 1:1 work with children and group work depending on the immediate need. This will be within classrooms and outside the classroom when needed. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting every child reach their greatest potential and live by life's highest values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning, development and well being of children, particularly those with SEND
- Work closely with class teachers and SENDCo to provide outstanding provision for children with SEND
- Build positive relationships with children, parents/carers and staff
- Assist with classroom organisation and preparation of resources
- Promote inclusion and help every child reach their full potential
- Uphold and actively promote safeguarding best practice
