Job Description
Discovery Multi Academy Trust – Initially to be worked at Central Office however, under the terms of the contract you may be deployed to work at any of the locations that form the Discovery Multi Academy Trust.
Grade D Point 8 £26,824 FTE. Actual pro rata salary £17,584 27.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per annum.
Are you an organised, proactive administrator looking to make a difference in a vibrant school community? Discovery Multi Academy Trust is seeking a friendly and Discovery Multi Academy Trust is seeking a friendly and professional Central Administrator to join our central office team. You’ll provide essential administrative support to the Trust Central team, act as personal assistant to the CEO, clerk to the Trustee Board, manage our website and policy register, and serve as Company Secretary. Based in our welcoming central office, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries, supporting a busy and varied office environment.
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level Two in administration or equivalent
- Strong organisational, IT, numeracy and literacy skills
- Experience providing administrative support in a busy office
- Ability to use initiative, maintain confidentiality, and deliver excellent customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with financial systems and GDPR
