Job Description
Salary/Grade: c (Actual salary £23,132 - £25,474 per annum pro-rated)
Hours of work 37 hours per week x 39 weeks per year, Permanent
8:00am – 4pm Monday to Friday (Term time plus inset days)
We are looking for an Assistant Head of Year to join our staff team. Working closely with the Head of Year you will play a key role in raising standards through supporting the pastoral care in a year group. You will support students in achieving positive educational outcomes with a focus on behaviour,safeguarding, attendance and punctuality. The successful applicant must be able to establish excellent relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues, and work well within a team.
