Estates Manager
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week x 52 weeks
Salary: Grade F, Points 22-25 (£31,364 - £33,945)
We are seeking an experienced full-time Estates Manager to lead our premises team to ensure a safe, well-maintained and welcoming site and school buildings.
The post-holder will be committed to the highest operational standards for the premises and grounds, and be proactive in achieving such standards of excellence.
Applicants will need a building trade qualification (or equivalent), or extensive, demonstrable experience of maintenance work in a professional capacity. They will also be able to interpret technical information and to supervise a team. An understanding of security and of Health and Safety legislation is desirable.
