Early Years Teacher
Job Description
Hours: 19.5/26 hours per week (0.6/0.8 FTE), Contract: Temporary
Salary: MPS
Start Date: September 2025
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated Class Teacher to start in September 2025.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Being responsible to the Headteacher, and, through her to the School’s Governing Body. All Trustemployees are also responsible to the Trust ELT and the Board of Trustees.
- Interacting positively at a professional level with all colleagues, support agencies, parents/carers, and professionals, seeking to establish and maintain productive relationships and communication with them in order to promote mutual understanding of subjects in the National Curriculum, promote an effective working atmosphere and thus improve the quality of teaching and learning for each child and within the school.
- Carrying out the duties of a school teacher as set out in the current School teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document.
- At least meet the expectations set out in the Teachers’ Standards.
