Caretaker (Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor)
Job Description
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Connect Grade D £26,824 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year (Split shift working pattern). Part time hours will also be considered. The working hours for this position will be tailored based on the candidate’s availability and the applications we receive. We are open to discussing the best arrangement for the right person.
Start Date: ASAP
The main responsibilities of the post include the opening and closing of the site each day (hence requiring a split shift working pattern), site security and general maintenance/repair tasks. The main work base will be at Leigham but the postholder will also be required to work across the other schools in the Trust to cover absence of other members of the Premises Team and to undertake general improvement tasks.
