Careers Advisor & Post-16 Coordinator

Salary: Grade E £27,803 - £30,825 (pay award pending, actual salary £24,526 - £27,192)

Hours: 37 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

We are seeking an exceptional and passionate Careers Advisor & Post-16 Coordinator who will contribute to developing and delivering professional careers advice to students across the academy.

The ideal candidate will recognise and value the importance of the development of the whole person and demonstrate a commitment to providing students with the skills, knowledge, experience and motivation that they will need to be successful in their next steps.

This is an exciting opportunity for those interested in working with young people in a positive and supportive role and to make a substantial difference to the lives of young people in the local area.
