To develop skills and knowledge so that delegates can support their organisations to meet/exceed the requirements of external reviewers such as Ofsted, and be compliant with legislative requirements. N.B. Cost to MAST Subscribed schools: 84 + VAT, non-MAST subscribed schools £210+ VAT per person.
An experiential workshop to share resources and ideas to help children access their grieving process through creative therapeutic activities.
This introduction will teach staff some of the basic principles of Emotional Logic and how, with further training, they can apply this method in an educational setting. Through practical skills training, background theory, conversational practise and discussion, participants will begin to make an initial and constructive response to emotional turmoil and adjustment to change.

To explore legislative processes and national guidance relating to the statutory and pre-statutory aspects of the SEND Code of Practice (2015) as underpinned by the Children and Families Act (2014). This session aims to explore the myths, facts and data that underpin national narratives around SEND and offer practical solutions for SENCos working directly in this context.
These support groups will provide opportunities for reflection, supportive challenge, and personal support from an educational psychologist and a family learning mentor.
