Come and lead our wonderful school which serves the community of Lifton and be part of a fantastic School Trust where you can make a difference to all pupils as well as those who attend Lifton. Our School Trust is a great place to work and Lifton is a school who needs a Headteacher who will ensure that our disadvantaged learners are privileged through a culture of excellence and expectation.
We are offering a £5,000 relocation package for relocation outside of Devon or Cornwall.
Lifton pupils need a Headteacher who has the highest expectations and will accept nothing less for the children. Whilst standards are improving at the school, it can do better. The basics are in place, and it is now time to elevate the offer to the children making Lifton an exceptional school.
If you are passionate about school improvement, curriculum design, privileging the most disadvantaged learners then this is the place for you. It is an exciting school to join and a place where your leadership will make a real difference.
You will be supported by an experienced team but also your partner schools in the hub. Collaborating and collective working is a non-negotiable for the successful candidate. You have a chance to impact on all children in the hub as well as the wider Trust.
We clear the pathway for Headteachers to focus on the main thing, teaching and learning, by providing a fully centralised business support service which includes finance, HR, Estates, IT etc. We want you to be able to improve education and focus on what you love!
We want to support you in deciding if we are a School Trust that you would like to join. We strongly recommend that you arrange a visit to the school (virtual visits are possible) or a virtual call with our Trust Lead.
