Early Years Teaching Assistant
Job Description
Hours: 11 hours Contract: Temporary until August 2025
Salary: Grade C, FTE £23,500, Actual Salary £6,009
Start Date: January 2025
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic early years teaching assistant to start in January 2025. This post is likely to be placed in Nursery. The successful candidate will have school-based experience, together with excellent communication skills.
They will also:
- be able to show initiative
- be prepared to deliver intervention programmes for individual children or small groups
- demonstrate the ability to develop exemplary professional, creative and personal qualities expected of teaching assistants
- have the ability to maintain confidentiality
